Henry L. Robinson


Henry L. Robinson, age 68, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Wesley Health Care Center surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on November 16, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Kayzo Robinson and Malissa Robinson.

Henry was a night watchman and Horse Groomer for many years at the Saratoga Race Track in Saratoga Springs.  Henry inspired everyone he met with his gentleness and love.  He loved to laugh and cause laughter.  Henry loved being outdoors.  He was known for his love of horses, his knowledge and his unfaltering kindness.

Linc Barton Jaquish


Willsboro - Linc Barton Jaquish, 50, of Willsboro and Saratoga Springs, NY and Wrightsville Beach, NC, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015. Friday always was his favorite day!

Linc was born on November 5, 1964, in Plattsburgh, NY, son of Rodger Jaquish and Jane Brown Jaquish.

Linc always lived life to the fullest and made sure to have a good time, whether it was cracking jokes during holiday dinners, helping get demo cars ready with his nephew, grilling, or just sitting around having a drink by the pool at his sisters.

Soumaya Baaklini


Soumaya Baaklini was born on December 30, 1943 in Lebanon.  Soumaya was married to Abdo Baaklini who departed this world in 2003.

While living in Lebanon, she received a bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut followed by a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University at Albany, here in Albany, New York.  She was committed to her career as an Associate Librarian at the New York State Library and upon retiring she cared for her grandchildren Giavanna and Iskander, who were her pride and joy.

Olga Bergin, age 96, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on March 27, 1919 in New York, NY to the late John Komar and Anastasia Homel.

Olga graduated from New York City High School and upon graduating from high school, Olga continued her education attending college.

Olga worked as a dress designer and model prior to becoming a homemaker who was kind, loving and a warm person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, quilting, painting and had a compassion for art.  She also loved spending time with her family.

Douglas Rocco Quarters

Douglas Rocco Quarters, age 58, passed away on Friday, May 29th, 2015 at home in St. Petersburg, Florida after battling cancer for many years. 

He was born on January 13th, 1957 in Glens Falls, New York to Donald Quarters and Ilean Wible.

Douglas graduated from Hudson Falls High School in 1975 and received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Clarkson University in 1979.  He served as a correctional officer at Great Meadows Correctional Facility for 27 years, retiring in April 2011.  In his retirement, he was able to enjoy all the things he loved including hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.  He traveled around the U.S. and accomplished his dream of living on the Gulf of Mexico before he passed.  Doug lived to the fullest and made an impact on all those who met him.
